My impression of the site
When I went to visit the site I observed the "rusty" building which looked very messy. Across from it I saw some green spaces and water. It felt chaotic yet very calm.
Alive/ Active
I find art very fascinating. It tells a story which makes it alive. I used different patterns to show motion.
Program Collage
My collage is based on the programs of educational facility of music and performance art center. I incorporated the ideas of music halls, live performances, rooftop bar and the view.
Revised Program Collage
I revised my program collage because according to the comments the original program collage was too literal. I tried to show public vs. private. As the spiral shape increases/ it opens up it goes from private to public. The veins show the pathways, how spaces connect with one another.

The first two collages are quite successful and give a great emotion of the two ideas, but the 3rd one is very rigid - straightforward and too literal. I would like to see you rework the third collage and post your models.
