Palvi, I note in your case study that you had a section drawing of Guangzhou Opera House. You will find it useful to do this spatial organization analysis on the same type of drawings across your precedent studies. You will better be able to see the different ways that have spaces have been organized and opportunities available to you. Having plans and sections for each precedent would be very good. Also, you will find it useful to put them all to the same scale. In this way it is not just about the spatial relationships but also their scale to one another and as a whole.
